Ten legal thought leaders talk candidly about India’s economic woes and outline a series of bold measures to put the shine back into the country’s economy

The odds appear to be stacked against India at the moment. Investors are worn out by the legal and regulatory complexities, political schizophrenia and bad press that have soured the mood in India and dulled the country’s shine.

It is perhaps no wonder then that India has slipped three places in the World Bank’s “Doing Business” report to a rank of 134 out of 189 economies listed.
