South African pharmaceutical manufacturer Adcock Ingram has signed a share purchase agreement to sell its marketing and sales operation in India – Adcock Ingram Healthcare – to private equity firm Samara Capital Partners Fund II. The value of the deal is ₹1.51 billion (US$22 million).
