Samvad Partners promoted counsel Aparna Ravi and Khyati Sanghvi to partnership with effect from 1 May. Ravi is based in the Bengaluru office and Sanghvi is based in the Mumbai office. This brings to 14 the total number of partners at the firm.
Ravi has been with the firm since 2016 and works primarily on banking and finance, insolvency law, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters. Sanghvi works primarily advising on projects, banking and finance, and regulatory matters.
“Since I joined Samvad two years ago, I have been greatly impressed by the firm’s professionalism, culture of knowledge sharing and its flexibility and openness in giving lawyers the freedom to pursue their own paths,” Ravi told India Business Law Journal.
