Trilegal has inducted Ramakant Rai from the corporate practice and Nayantara Nag from the projects practice into its partnership following its partner selection process. This increases the firm’s strength to 41 partners.

Rai is a corporate lawyer with a focus on strategic M&A, corporate commercial work and insolvency. He represented Trilegal to work with French car company Peugeot in its acquisition of Ambassador from Hindustan Motors and assisted Peugeot on joint ventures with two CK Birla Group companies to manufacture cars and power trains in the country.
