The Indian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) held an Indo-UK Legal Summit on 22 and 23 November in London, supported by the Law Society of England and Wales.
Simon Davis, vice president, and David Greene, deputy vice president of the law society, attended and addressed the summit.
On 22 November, a conference was arranged covering the following topics:
- Indo-UK Partnerships and the Potential for Joint Global Success;
- Impact of the EU Referendum on M&A Activity between the UK and India;
- UK Compliance Regulations: Best Practices for Indian Companies Looking to do Business in the UK; and
- International Commercial Arbitrations – Understanding the UK-India divide.
