Verist Law advised Satya Microcapital on its recent ₹1.05 billion (US$13.9 million) capital infusion from Gojo & Company. Algo Legal advised Tokyo-headquartered Gojo, which is an existing shareholder in Satya Microcapital.
The deal, which is part of Gojo’s efforts to shore up its ownership of Satya Microcapital, was signed on 28 March and closed on 22 May.
