South Korean firm Yoon & Yang has hired two senior foreign attorneys, Kim Myung-ahn and Kim Yon-soo, to its international practice group.
The two lawyers joined the firm in March with the aim of bolstering the expertise of the firm’s international practice. Kim Myung-Ahn is experienced in areas including international dispute resolution, shipping, aviation, trading and insurance. Before joining the firm, she worked as an of counsel and senior associate at Holman Fenwick Willan in Singapore, and as a foreign lawyer at Lee & Ko.
Kim Yon-soo specializes in international disputes in the construction & engineering industry. Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, she worked as a legal counsel at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, STX Corporation, Hyundai Engineering & Construction and most recently HKA. She has reviewed and negotiated numerous engineering, procurement and construction contracts for both offshore and onshore projects.
