Founded in 1993, DeHeng Law Offices was formerly known as China Law Office and was renamed DeHeng in 1995. With 37 domestic and foreign branches, 160 cooperative agencies and over 2,500 legal service professionals, DeHeng has emerged as one of the largest domestic law firms, advising in a comprehensive number of practice areas.

For over 25 years, DeHeng has been committed to providing quality and efficient legal services for clients at home and abroad. Our firm has made outstanding contributions to the economy’s reform and opening-up, national development, and the prevalence of rule of law. We have supported key national infrastructure projects including the Three Gorges Project, the South–North Water Transfer Project, and the Beijing–Shanghai high-speed railway, and acted as legal advisers for the largest IPOs in the history of domestic capital markets including the floatation of China Railway Construction Corporation and Agricultural Bank of China, with the latter being, at the time, the largest IPO in history. DeHeng also supports academic research and promotes a platform for mediation for the Belt & Road Initiative through the innovative B&R Service Mechanism and B&R International Commercial Mediation Center.
