Wang Zi is a partner in Guantao’s international practice group. She joined Guantao in 2008 after receiving her LLM in international business law from China University of Political Science and Law. After pursuing other opportunities as the legal counsel of Bombardier Transportation China, and then the legal director of China New Energy Fund, Wang rejoined Guantao as a partner in 2018. Xu Zhiyuan has practised as attorney at law in Tahota Law Firm since 2008.
